after reading these other reviews, i regret not asking for a different Dr to remove my wisdom teeth. im giving 1 stars just because ive had no issues with recovery. this will be lengthy…. the missing 4 stars is due to the process i had with Dr. William Boyczuk. i have always had hard times at the dentist with anxiety, this was from an event that happened when i was a child. i specifically called and made this VERY CLEAR! and decided to make my consultation with this place because they offered sedation during removal. from my initial consultation with Dr.Boyczuk, i explained that i wanted IV sedation because of my dental anxiety. being awake for an oral surgery was something that genuinely scared me. instead of feeling like my concerns were heard, i was repeatedly talked out of sedation. i was told i only had three wisdom teeth to remove, i had tolerated fillings before, that i’d be “out of it” afterward, and that sedation meant i would need someone to drive me home.(non of these reasons mattered to me). the conversation made me so overwhelmed that i cried during my consultation. to end the appointment, i specifically asked if i could decide the morning of surgery, that i wanted t

This office was amazing! We had an issue post surgery and I called and they got us in right away! Dr. Brown and his assistant were very thorough and ensured we were comfortable leaving there. Dr. Brown has an asking personality and is a really down to earth doctor! We have now been to the Depew location and the West Seneca and all staff are professional and friendly. We had to utilize the emergency after hours number and the doctor on call got back to me within minutes! I would highly recommend this facility!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Western New York. I was extremely anxious going into my wisdom teeth removal, and the kindness and calming demeanor of the staff meant more to me than I can properly express. From the very beginning, they helped bring me into a much calmer headspace and were incredibly transparent about every part of the preparation process, which made a frightening situation feel far more manageable. Dr. Ryan Brown and the rest of the team were remarkable. The procedure itself went very smoothly, and the bedside manner throughout the experience was outstanding. I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and reassured the entire time I was there. In the state of mind I was in going into the appointment, that level of compassion made all the difference. My recovery is also going well so far, and I really appreciated the thorough paperwork and instructions they provided to keep me informed about what to expect during healing. I am beyond grateful for how well I was treated and how positive this entire experience turned out to be. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Dr. Brown and his assistant today were both very kind, knowledgeable and made the procedure as quick and comfortable as Possible. They explained everything thoroughly and went over all options. Thankful for a great experience!

Dr.Au did a great job on my son’s wisdom teeth. There were no issues, his office staff was very pleasant to deal with. We went to the West Seneca office for procedure. Very pleased with the services he received and will not hesitate to bring my youngest son here when he needs his wisdom teeth out. Thank you
